My project for 2025 was to write the legacy book for my third child. This past year has been really difficult to keep doing regular things.
I also wrote a 90-day Devotional book. With all of that going on it has put CRAB on the back burner.
As we enter 2026, I needed to clear a few things off my plate. I had orignally planned on using the holdiay break to get some blog posts pre-written and look into doing react videos on blindness shows and movies.
However, my brother ended up having heart surgery during the holidays. This meant less time home to plan and work on the blog. I have also decided to cancel the regular podcast platform. We have a number of the previous podcasts on our Youtube channel: Children Raised Around the Blind.
As we approach the Spring, we are expecting a new baby the first bit of May. This makes time a bit harder to find. The blog will be here forever. And we will keep the Youtube page videos up.
When I can find time and mental space, I will be working on getting those react videos up on the Youtube channel. If you have any suggestions feel free to leave a comment on this page or in the contact form.
I have also updated and added back the first two Free courses to the website.
I don’t know what all lies ahead in 2026, but I want to let you all know I have really enjoyed having this platform and in a special way to share my story.
We do have a store with color changing tumblers for purchase and we can ship them. This blog does not have ads as I know navigating those with a screen reader can be very difficult. But it may be in the future to have a revenue stream.
